And sometimes, they don’t even make it during that window. In some cases, the appointment even gets rescheduled.

All our appointments are booked for 1.5 hours to allow for ample time to discuss your home improvement goals. We’ll take as long or as short as you need to map out your project.

When we first arrive for your consultation appointment, we’ll sit down and listen to your concerns. We want to know what issues you’re facing.
Whether you need new windows, doors , or siding , we’ll present solutions tailored to address your specific needs and answer any questions you have about each one.
Then, when we’ve considered a viable solution that you’re interested in, we can often create a quote on the spot. That way, before we ever leave, you’ll have a good idea if we’re the right fit for your needs.
On more complex projects, we may need 24 hours to ensure the complete accuracy of your estimate.
We pride ourselves on being a low-pressure company.
So, we’ll present the information and the estimate and allow you the time you need to make a decision. When you decide to proceed, we’ll ensure you’re kept in the loop until the project is finished.
Beyond The Exterior Home Improvement Consultation
Once your project starts, we’ll let you know every time there’s an update. For example, if you need a replacement window installation, we’ll call within the first week to schedule an appointment for the installer to come to your home.
They’ll take precise measurements of each window that needs to be ordered.
Then, they’ll walk off the property to ensure they know everything they’ll need for installation day. This person will also be the same one who will complete your installation, which helps keep communication transparent and seamless.
As soon as the measurements are completed, the order is placed the same day.
We’ll receive the windows approximately five to six weeks later. We’ll fully inspect them for damage. Then, we’ll call you to let you know they’ve arrived and are in excellent condition. The installation will also be scheduled at this time.
Our expert technician will complete your replacement window installation and conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure your absolute satisfaction. They’ll answer all your questions and give you a folder with all your warranty information.
One year after your installation, we’ll check in to see how your windows are and if you’ve had any issues.
